The follow-up system
What does it do?
Every missed call gets a text back in under a minute. Every quote is followed up until they answer. Visits get a reminder the day before, and a new time after a no-show. After each job, the customer gets your Google review link.
Do I need a new website?
No. If you have none, a one-page site with the consent form is included, because carriers need one before your number can text.
I already use Jobber. Do I switch?
No. You keep your job software. We connect the follow-up to it where it allows.
How fast does it start?
Texts go out the day your number is approved. Carriers take 3 business days to 3 weeks.
Can I change the messages?
Yes. Every message is yours to change, before launch and after.
Websites and Google
Do I own the site?
Yes. The domain, site, accounts and customer list stay in your name, even if you leave.
How long does it take?
Live within 10 business days of our 15-minute call, once paid. Premium takes 15. If we are late, Site Care is free for 12 months. Days we wait on you don’t count.
What if I don’t like the design?
You see it on day 5. Not right? We redo it once. Still no? You get your money back.
What do I need to send?
Your logo, about 10 phone photos, your services and hours, and access to your Google profile and domain. By day 2.
What happens to my old site?
Every old page is redirected to the right new one, in every plan. Old links and Google searches still land.
Can I have my site in French and English?
Yes. A Quebec business gets its site in French at minimum. The Full website is in both.
Will you get me first on Google?
We never promise a ranking or a number of calls, because Google decides what it shows. What we do promise, we put in writing.
Price and contract
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need. After the call, you get one written plan for your business, with its number. Monthly fees are month to month.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Monthly fees are month to month.
Do you take a cut of my jobs?
No. No cut of your jobs, and no hidden fees.
AI
What can AI do in my office?
Draft client quotes from a voice note on site, send invoices and remind late payers, move crew schedules, answer after hours. AI writes the first draft. You check it before anything goes out.
Will AI replace my staff?
No. We train your people to use it, so they do more in less time.
Do I need to understand AI?
No. We set it up and show your team the basics.
